Underneath a literal knot of freeway interchanges sits Lincoln Park, El Corazon De El Paso. Founded in 1909, a Mural Project was started as far back as 1981. Painted on the columns of the interchanges are at least a dozen murals. These are just some of the amazing art I witnessed.
